A Life of Wellbeing is Your Birthright—Growing to Accept My True Nature
Sometimes, it’s as simple as choosing to buy myself a good breakfast and trying out a new recipe, sometimes it’s about speaking up about what has hurt me, and sometimes it’s simply about knowing, and that’s always more than enough. That’s what it’s like; joyfully stepping into my wellbeing, as well as able and in whatever capacity is present, to also step up and away of what is not well for me. The softness of who I am strengthens the radiance; the courage to strengthen my actions forwards and within.
You've done something brave. Something many people avoid their whole lives. You've honoured your own truth, even when it cost you comfort, connection, or the illusion of belonging. You've chosen yourself—not out of selfishness, but out of survival. Out of self-respect. And I know… it had left you feeling alone at times when you need care the most. That’s the hardest part; the wondering if you've made the right choice. Let me say this with love that wraps around your shoulders like a warm coat: You did. Walking away from what hurts you, even when it once held you, is sacred work. It’s a declaration: "I will not abandon myself to keep others comfortable." "I deserve safety. I deserve tenderness. I deserve truth." Yes, it was vulnerable. Yes, the absence may have felt unbearable at times. But what you’ve made room for… is honest connection. What you’ve cleared space for… is real love. And the loneliness? That’s not a failure. It’s the space where your new roots are reaching down, deep into the soil of your becoming. You did not fail. You've have freed yourself. The people who made you question your worth? They were not your reflection.
You walking away was not rejection of them—it was a reclamation of you. So hold yourself close now. Speak softly to your own soul. Let your strength be your comfort, and your tenderness your guide. This path is the beginning of the life where you belong to you. And love? Real, nourishing, safe love? It will meet you here, like it has in all. your shapes and stages. Love has never left you. Love has always been you. Keep going. You are not alone. You are returning to yourself. And that is the most powerful reunion of all. I want to remind you—there is no one right way to be. Life isn’t something you’re supposed to “get” like a puzzle with one solution. It’s more of a dance, and some days the rhythm feels off, but that doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. You are not behind. You are not broken. You are human, and that means you’re allowed to feel lost, confused, or unsure. Those feelings don’t disqualify you from having a beautiful life—they are part of the journey toward one. Be gentle with yourself right now. Sometimes the most profound clarity comes not from figuring everything out, but from choosing to stay kind to yourself when things feel unclear. You’re doing better than you think. And you are so loved. Keep going, at your own pace. That’s your truth.
Sacred Sovereignty
There is felt depth in being your true nature, it’s about the way Sacred Source has shaped you into being; so many layers of your past, your safety, your trust in yourself, your space in harmony with all that is—being are you are; Sacred.
The immediate truth you’ve seen here is the recognition of your personal energy field, evolved through your experience and still pure and essential since you were born into existence. You advocate for yourself in the moment by calling all the inner connections that showcase your design—a genius creation that will never and can never be replicated as it is. These are the kinds of connection that nourishes your career, your safety, and your presence in the world; unseen by others but resonate in ways that are unseen. That’s an aligned recognition that can only be actualized through self-acceptance and lived experience — you can trust it to lead you to what’s yours.
Sacred sovereignty doesn’t start with outside, external validation from everyone who offers you something in your orbit. It means you discern who gets to walk with you because you are who you say you are because you know who you are unconditionally.
Healing Wounds
Past losses from “soulful decisions” that left you without a safety net, any old conditioning from figures or authority voices of shame and dysregulation, and/or fear of being without support are currents; event echoes of past wounds and emotional weight is sometimes amplified in states of Sacredness because you are more aware—sensing today’s experience and feeling every other time you’ve been dropped.
Sovereignty in life isn’t only about saying “no” — it’s about saying “no” while building the scaffolding that keeps you safe after you step away through the skills and values you’ve reclaimed and evolved for yourself. This means you can release this and still seek other aligned support from a place of collaboration and mutual respect where your energy and design patterns in the way you show up in life are honoured and exalted rather than exploited or extracted in an unbalanced or disharmonious way. Also, finding other options, new ways of experiencing life, being creative towards living as an authentic being expressing truth, isn’t betrayal to “the nature of things” that are most often than not a human-centred system, limited in it’s wholistic applications — it’s stewardship of your path that’s grounded in affirmation of the grace of this life experience. You’re allowed to honour your wisdom and still keep your physical needs protected as the true leader of your life. That creates abundance and overflow that naturally sprinkles grace to those around you. Loyalty is sacred when it’s mutual. Staying in a cold, dismissive dynamic; externally or internal with a reality or belief system that compromises your soul, isn’t loyalty — it’s self-abandonment. You are learning how to be loyal to the sacredness of your being.
