Welcome, it’s so nice to have you here, I’m warmed by your openness to Self-love Mentorship in this group setting.
This is a short guide through this intimate and transformative experience. This is a time set aside just for you, to explore your inner world and receive aligned, supportive guidance from connections with people who value this kind of self-care.
To make the most of our time together, here are a few things to keep in mind:
Review
Get a clear idea of how the Session flow is like so you can feel grounded about what you can expect during the session.Journal
You may want to jot down insights, reflections, or anything that feels significant during or after our session.Drinks & Food & Comfy Spaces
Since the session lasts 4 hours, there will be a breaks throughout. It’s a good idea to have a drink on hand, snacks, and ensure your space remains calm and comfortable, with as little disturbances and distractions as possible.Secure Technology
A strong internet connection, headphones/speakers, and keyboard functions.Listen
There will be cues to share feedback and insights. The majority of the time is about experiencing each other’s sharing and learning to hold space for our selves and for others.Share
Take notes of anything that comes to mind. What questions or insights you have may be special to other in the space.Post-Session
Keep notes on “Take-aways” and feel welcome to share feedback. Secure seats for the upcoming sessions if you haven’t already.
