Today & Self-Compassion
Thank you for guiding me today, love. Thank you for your patience as I regulated my emotions and learned to understand all the feelings I was experiencing. I was having such a hard time, and I felt so much pain that I couldn’t quite communicate or identify. Thank you for being present with me as I navigate this new reality — I am slowly understanding the changes I’ve stepped into in my life. They’re not easy, and my situation right now isn’t ideal in the worldly sense, but it’s okay for me to advocate for my wellbeing. I know I “complained” a lot today, but it was just steam and frustration I needed to release. I never used to allow myself to speak openly out of fear of judgment — especially from the universe. But now I know there is no separation. Thank you so, so much for the health of my best friends — I’ve come to really learn and feel that recently. Thank you for the roof over our heads, the good food, the health support, and the energy to move each day. Thank you for the guidance and clarity.
