Trust that the anxiety and paranoia you’re feeling are direct responses to the desperate, manipulative energy of those who feel powerless. It’s okay to call it what it is — and to empower yourself, to free yourself more and more from their reality. It is not yours to live.

You are within your own realm of love and beauty. And the more you release their irresponsible behavior and actions, the more fully you hold yourself.

Simply be in your life. And if it feels like life is overwhelming, know that it’s a lie. Life loves you more than anyone could ever measure.
